Shape the future of youth access to transformative outdoor experiences.
For over 20 years, Snowdays has transformed young lives through the power of boardsports. As a non-profit deeply rooted in Oregon's snow and skate community, we partner with youth organizations to create experiences that build confidence, resilience, and joy. Through data-driven program development and strategic fundraising, we're working to deepen our impact while expanding our reach.
We're seeking a strategic professional who can drive both resource growth and program excellence. Your primary focus will be securing funding through grants, donor relationships, and fundraising campaigns. You'll also lead program evaluation efforts - analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance our impact. Working closely with our board, you'll help chart Snowdays' future by ensuring both our funding and our programs grow stronger together.
Your Impact
You'll drive organizational growth on two fronts: securing the resources we need while strengthening how we serve youth. Through grant writing and strategic fundraising, you'll ensure we can reach more participants. Through program analysis and development, you'll help ensure those experiences are as impactful as possible. You'll own our impact measurement process, using data to identify opportunities and implement improvements that shape how we deliver our mission.
